| In this instance, I appreciate the OP's point. The first couple years I was fooled by the all-capped TONY* nominations, before I eventually realized, "Oh, this is that Time Out New York thing I don't care about again" and learned to ignore it. Regardless of legal status, it's clearly designed to confuse people, especially on a site where posters use non-standard capitalization and punctuation all the time (see the "HEART OF ROCK AND ROLL" thread), it works and it is annoying. |
