Instead of screaming into the wind you should sent a complaint to LCT such as mine:
"You should be mortified by the hell you put your members through today trying to purchase MEMBER tickets. Unbelievable. Took me over 2 hours and multiple tries to purchase a ticket. Whoever is responsible needs to be fired ASAP. This is horrible service and I am sorry I rejoined your membership after issues I have had with you in the past. You haven't changed. Disgusting." |
