I went and got standing room a couple of weeks ago. Standing room tickets go on sale an hour before the show. Each person in line is allowed up to 5 (!), and the number they have available each night varies, not sure why. Definitely get there before the lottery (2 1/2 hours before) as lots of lottery losers will probably get in line.
