I got in line at 7:45 am. The people right in front of me had gotten there around 7, and they were still several away from the rush ticket cut-off. Some people towards the front of the line had clearly been camped out for a while. If you don't mind standing room, that's a great option. It seemed like most of the rush tickets were on the side, and the standing room really gives you a good view of everything happening onstage.
