I went yesterday (Thursday the 14th). First in line had gotten there at around 7. I was seventh in line and got there at 8:50. Most people who waited were there by shortly after 9.

But that day, which had been marked on the online calendar as "Best Seating Availability," everyone who lined up got tickets. The first 15 people in line got seats in the front row AA and the far sides on BB. The deck at the Cort is high, especially for No Man's Land, whose set is on top of the Godot set, but they were great seats and you could see anything.

Those who were after the people in the front row mainly ended up in the boxes, I believe. Those seats are partial view, I'm pretty sure, and those on house right would not be able to see the door which is on stage left, which may matter to some as it is the only entrance and exit.
