Have you shared this information with the people at the Pearl as you spoke to the folks at Lincoln Center about The Rivals? I'm sure they would appreciate the feedback. AND AWAY WE GO is such a terrific piece it would seem invaluable information for them going forward. I noticed the Old Testament/New Testament error but confess I didn't catch the above issue. I suppose an argument can be made that since the error is common the company in the play might have made it(Donna Lin Champlin has a hilarious bit about dramaturgs calling comedy restorative") but I do think the play, McNally and the Pearl would be well served if you shared this info with them.

For those reading this thread, I'd highly recommend the piece. It's fresh, well performed and a true valentine to the craft.
