Yes, exactly! Oh, the horror. The neck muscles get quite a vigorous workout.
At 6', I can manage better than most, but it's still a struggle. Your subconscious spends the whole first act dreaming of moving, and your peripheral vision is of course in overdrive. Then you run the usual bolt and scramble routine at intermission.
