What should they have done?

Yet unlike other acclaimed Broadway revivals this fall, ''The Winslow Boy'' never seemed to catch on.

I also found this excellent, but I'm not surprised at its lack of box office appeal, and I have no idea how they might have sold it better.

I wouldn't have attended myself if I weren't a Roundabout subscriber. The 1948 film is good, but stiff and slow by modern standards; this production succeeds in part by letting the characters emote more freely.

So...what could the Roundabout have done to promote this more effectively? Last year's MAN AND BOY got much more press than this, and it was less enjoyable. (I don't know if it did better business.)
