I thought fans of ''Winslow Boy'' might enjoy this clip of them on ''Theater Talk'' discussing Terence Rattigan.

As for whether the play's ''anti-climactic,'' yes, the grilling of the boy in court, the victory, etc., happen offstage. But I'm assuming that Rattigan wanted to keep the focus on the family and the toll the father's fight for his boy's honor takes at home. There's also something to be said about unity: ''The Winslow Boy'' unfolds all in one location.

In a movie, it's much easier to cut away to another location. In the 1940s film, Rattigan co-wrote the screenplay.
