He considered her for Blanche. At least according to Richard Schickel's bio of Kazan, she was among those considered for Blanche, and he was the one who suggested her. Why would you come in and say something like that when you clearly don't know? You are so dismissive, as if you know all, even though in this case you haven't bothered to look into it.
