Has this TV writer never heard of research or google?

I think it is crazy that the writer who wrote this tv show didn't take a moment to research broadway or broadway stars and their life styles. The notion that a broadway star that is not Daniel Craig or Denzel Washington would live with a driver and an assistant and have the kind of NYC apartment she has (I have seen the not so funny promos) is just crazy. Why wouldn't the writer take a moment and talk to someone from New York Theater? And why wouldn't the network say, "nobody will believe that, this is not LaLaLand, this is NY theater..."
I guess that fact that the network buried it at 10 on a Wednesday shows their lack of faith in it. I will watch it just to see Kristen and Gilles and the other broadway people that are doing cameos. Although I don't expect it to be on the air very long with the promos I have seen. Does anyone believe Kirsty could ever be in 14 broadway plays? Is that even possible? Someone get this writer some google.
