14 Broadway comedies! Like that's easy to imagine...

It all makes me giggle. It's like the plot of a Doris Day movie in the 50's or early 60's, when we had a new Jean Kerr play (or perhaps a FORTY CARATS, which is worth remembering, starred Julie Harris) every season to star a "comedienne." Can anyone think of 14 successful B'way comedies that someone might've starred in over the last 20 years? I'm sure it can be done, but all with a bubbly cynical Allen?

Again, we're in LOVER COME BACK or PILLOW TALK territory.
