Aside from what truefan noted above: Because the front of the balcony is quite close to the actors as compared to other theaters, the angle of the sightline(s) is VERY steep. I've sat there twice, and I felt like I spent a lot of time looking at the tops of the actors' heads, esp. when they were downstage.

I would say that, of course, it's better to see a show from there than not to see it at all, but if you can get and afford tix in the mezz or orchestra, that would be a better option.
