It's been a LONG time, but I remember loathing the Brit TV production of She Loves Me. IIRC, there were big cuts made and it wasn't based on a stage production, but done on a TV set. On the other hand, I really enjoyed the broadcast of Most Happy Fella. Wish I had a VCR at the time so that I could see it again now. db
