Have you seen Chicago recently? I haven't, but a friend who is very particular about theatre (and whose opinion I trust) saw it just the other day, and said the show was looking tight and sexy. I seem to remember reading here on ATC that they did a pretty significant revamp of the ensemble in the last couple years, and it helped to rejuvinate the show. But I'm not 100% sure of that. On a related note, I know the current national touring company's ensemble is QUITE young - most of the boys are in their 20s (including Billy/ Amos understudies).
