I had high expectations for AFTER MIDNIGHT, having enjoyed performances in the past by Fantasia, Cedric Neal, T. Oliver Reid, and Desmond Richardson. Those expectations were exceeded when I saw the show.

Why can't I find any information about a cast recording? I hope those wonderful performances can be preserved.

For that matter, after hearing Fantasia's take on "Stormy Weather" and "I Can't Give You Anything But Love" (in addition to "Sunny Side of the Street"), will someone PLEASE have her record an album of standards? Extra points if the Jazz at Lincoln Center All-Stars were her backup band.
