Natasha Pierre and another extension?

I see that Natasha Pierre etc has just extended through March 2. Assuming ticket sales warrant, does anyone know of any OTHER reason why the show could not extend even further?

Well... at some undefined point, a higher and better use for the land will materialize (they'll want to build a structure there with elevators and without canvas for a roof). Until then, I see no other reason they could not extend. Since this is a lease and not a license, there is no stop clause mechanism, and the extensions have to be secured (probably in short spurts) by the tenant.
