Two special invitational presentations of WHO'S YOUR BAGHDADDY? OR HOW I STARTED THE IRAQ WAR, a new musical by Marshall Pailet and A.D. Penedo, are set for this Monday, January 20th at 4pm and Tuesday, January 21st at 7pm at Pearl Studios NYC, 500 Eighth Avenue.

Featured in the cast of WHO'S YOUR BAGHDADDY? are Peter Friedman (RAGTIME, THE HEIDI CHRONICLES, TWELVE ANGRY MEN, A SOLDIER’S PLAY), Nehal Joshi (LES MISERABLES, WORKING), Sarah Sokolovic (THE SHAGGS, RELATIVELY SPEAKING), Brandon Espinoza (LES MISERABLES, THE WILL ROGERS FOLLIES, GYPSY), Jason Collins (ANNIE, SIGNS OF LIFE), Claire Neumann (TRIASSIC PARQ), Brennan Caldwell (THE HOUND OF THE BASKERVILLES), and Olli Haaskivi (“Unforgettable”). Marshall Pailet directs.

Inspired by true events, WHO'S YOUR BAGHDADDY? is a new musical satire, presented as a support group for people who started the Iraq War. The audience is taken on a tour of one of the greatest intelligence blunders of our time as each character recounts the events and wrestles with their guilt, pride, culpability, and humanity (or lack thereof). Dark, funny, and heartfelt, WHO'S YOUR BAGHDADDY? tells the story of good people who did a whole lot of wrong.

The readings of WHO'S YOUR BAGHDADDY? OR HOW I STARTED THE IRAQ WAR are being presented by Charlie Fink and Lee Seymour, with the support of the New Musical Foundation.
