I could not find any $27.00 tickets in the orchestra for any performance only the last two rows of the balcony so where did the 10,000 $27.00 tickets disappear to in the first 50 minutes of being on sale. Also on Telecharge website they keep asking for a country code for your phone number I put in 1 and the site dose not let me proceed, dose anyone know what it is I

Does anyone know about the set?

Picture at link suggests a box set. the set for Cort's current NO MAN's LAND is grand - providing excellent balcony viewing.

Those boxy sets are not conducive to good viewing from balcony seats.

Anyone know for sure?

When I called Telecharge, I was told the $27 seats are in the balcony. Do you know for sure that there are some $27 seats in the orchestra?

Someone posted on the other bulletin board that the entire balcony is $27 before the official opening. But even so, how would that be 10,000 seats? I think someone added a zero there.

Perhaps they intend to add a $27 rush option later, too. (Though even so, that does seem a fanciful number!)

It's correct

There are 280 seats in the Cort balcony. The entire balcony being sold for $27 for nine previews would amount to 2,520 seats. If they are selling the last two rows at $27 for the rest of the run, that is 74 seats over thirteen weeks, which equals 7,696 seats at $27. 2520 + 7696 = 10,216 seats at $27 for the run.

I didn't realize the run was so long.

On the telecharge website they had listed orchestra seats $27.00 to $142.00 when I spoke with them on the phone she said this was not how the prices were listed on her computer so who knows, yes, 10,0000 tickets was probably incorrect

I bought a balcony seat (last row, aisle) for my first choice date. I'll take what I can get for the price. The last time I was up in the balcony at the Cort was for A View From the Bridge, and I don't remember having any problems with the view or hearing.

AC, thanks for the perspective; I seem to remember it being rather far away, so I appreciate this comment.
