I once saw a show where a piece of scenery fell on the lead actor's head. Worst part was that, for those of us sitting far back, we couldn't see if he was moving. And they didn't tell us if he was even alive, just cancelled the show. Fortunately, it did make the news, he was okay, and the show resumed two days later.
