There are a few actors (Hugh Panaro, John Cudia) who have played both Phantom and Raoul and actors who have played both Valjean and Javert as well I believe (not sure if anyone has played Valjean, Javert, Marius and Thenardier though).

Add Brad Little to the list of men who have played both The Phantom and Raoul on Broadway.

I've known 2 people who have understudied (and gone on) in both parts on Broadway. One of them has also played both leads on tour.
