The other 2 unknowns in the cast also did quite well for themselves. Robin Weigert was nominated for an Emmy for her part in Deadwood. Thomas McCarthy has had more success behind the scenes, writing and directing The Station Agent (Peter Dinklage's breakout role) and The Visitor (for which Richard Jenkins was Oscar-nominated), as well as co-writing the screenplay for Up. I think Roundabout will have a lot of actors familiar to us, even if they aren't known to the general public. I think Laura Benanti would be incredible as Brooke.
