... is still kind of an amazing place to live. TEENY TEENY TEENY tiny apartments. But many are zoned for broke performing arts professionals, and if you're an actor who's just starting out, it's kinda ridiculous to pay such a low rent while enjoying such an amazing location. Many of the other apartments are earmarked for those living with HIV. I'm just glad the city does it. - GMB
