re excellent if stupid-the ad achieves what an ad seeks to achieve, but it does it in a way that is fundamentally stupid. That's not unusual-ads often get you excited about something that's not worth getting excited about. Hyping technology that's actually inferior is a frequent example. re the public's awareness. Sorry to break the news to you, but the general public would flunk a test on the production history of Les Miz.
