The balcony is not something "good things" would be said about, but as long as you understand that it is WAY up there, and that you may have to lean forward to see the apron from any seat (and move around depending on what the person in front of you is doing), the mezz is not worth twice the price. But for a lot of folks it is. If you are going to kvetch, or are taking someone who will, spend the money. Otherwise save it. Also, it would be nice to know if there is going to be much staging happening in the orchestra, because you'll see none of it.
