"Dear World" poster on "Rhoda"

I'm watching Rhoda reruns on MeTV and have noticed she has a poster for Angela Lansbury in "Dear World" hanging in her apartment. Why? Was there some connection between the show and some staff member of Rhoda or Valerie Harper herself? Seems like an odd random choice since it is the only theatre poster she has and it isn't even a current one since Rhoda was done nearly 10 years after Dear World flopped. Curious why Rhoda Morgenstern would be attached to that show. (especially since she lived in Minneapolis when it opened!)
