I don't see where any theatre owner or actor has committed to anything. The only commitment I see is that the rights holders have agreed to grant these worthless rights to Ben for another period of time. I think anyone is such circumstances would take even a nominal option payment from him. The only thing really whack is who are these new people who have presumably an aversion to their money.
