Fond SD memories

Growing up in SD, I saw many of my first national tours at that insanely huge theatre. If you sat in the balcony, it felt like you were in another country. Glad to hear SD's getting the top tours. I think it's the best theatre town in California and probably in the top 5 regional theatre scenes in the country. San Diegans love their beaches and their hiking, but they also love (and support) great cultural programming. I'm actually surprised that MORMON hasn't played SD. I know it's only 90 miles from LA, but I imagine a 5 or 6 week run in SD would sell very well and probably do little to cannibalize the LA run(s).
