Do you have a source for that? If it's only 40 minutes, with songs only from the film, I don't see what the Broadway production got from it.

And, I know Wikipedia is not always correct, but I would think Disney maintains their pages there. The Aladdin musical Wikipedia page pretty much starts with the Seattle production, to Toronto, then to Broadway.
