Tommy Steele doesn't push too much in "The Happiest Millionaire" and he's fine in that one, but he's too over the top in "Finian's Rainbow" especially compared to the rest of the cast (luckily his character isn't a human so it almost works) "Half a Sixpence" has some good dance numbers and Grover Dale leads some of them. The film is a bit too long and over produced - but the location filming helps and Irwin Kostal's orchestration are wonderful.
