i do not understand this concept. vinyl is making a real resurgence among the kids and i understand why - i've collected vinyl all my life and wouldn't part with my records (or my turntable) for the world.

i don't understand why more people with large broadway collections don't have turntables. i have so many titles that were either never released on cd or were released with such inferior sound they damn near defeated the purpose.

turntables aren't that expensive -even the ones that allow you digitalize your albums to mp3s- and analogue just sounds so much better.
