Andrea got wild applause when I saw it, but no standing o that I noticed. However, I saw the final preview of the original 'PIPPIN' (from a box seat, as I recall), and it is my belief Irene Ryan got even WILDER applause, bless her heart. Without a trapeze! At least, that's how I remember it.
