"Here’s a good idea for a musical: A girl is struggling to make ends meet. She’s selling all that she has. A man comes along and is willing to buy what she has to offer, though what she is selling is not what he wants."

Does anyone else think that's a bizarre description of My Fair Lady? I think the easier parallel between My Fair Lady and Pretty Woman is that they both deal with taking a "rough" woman and making her over so that she seems more acceptable to society.
