Phew. Thanks for clearing that up. I live in Southern California but for some reason it took me years to see the Aladdin show there. I'm not a snob but I thought it was overrated and half-assed with many phoned-in performances. Very disappointing to see after hearing so much hype. Nothing Broadway-style at all, not even equity-tour style. I've seen better stage shows across the way at Disneyland. It's possible I saw a very off-day for the show, but I'm glad to hear that it's not related to the Broadway show. I saw a woman in the role of Jasmine that I'd also seen play Kim in Miss Saigon and remember feeling very bad that her talents were wasted. I think I remember her name but I don't want to post it in case I'm wrong. Google didn't bring up anything.
