Well, since no one seems to be biting, lol...

In the Maude episode, she goes to see a therapist, who never says anything (I can't remember for sure, but I don't think we ever see him either) - the episode is really just her talking. She has a mental block with the song "Where Or When" - she can't remember it...until the end of the episode. And also, like Liza and "My Ship," there's an emotional link with the song and her father.

In The Golden Girls, there was an episode where the girls attend a staged murder mystery weekend - one of the mock victims was named Kendall Nesbitt. ;-)
