Given that your list is in chronological order, I do have to say Hairspray would answer that definition for me. Though I certainly feel that all 5 of those shows fit the bill, and should all be recognized for their "greatness" (whatever we define that as).

I think it's a shame that JayBee will surely disagree. But yes, that's his prerogative...;-)
