It's very memorable to some of us because Desi flexes his pecs in time to the music. It's for comic effect, but it's still memorable. Surprising for TV in the '50s.

I agree it's not one of the best known episodes, and I did say that it wasn't a famous song, but for me obscure means a good deal more obscure than this song.
