Rocky, Aladdin, If/Then all had pre-broadway tryouts. Bullets did not. So they have a month of previews to make changes and if it is really just inserting more jokes and dropping some songs, that can be easily done in previews. it's changing sets and lighting etc that can be problematic in previews.
