I advise you to also read the graphic novel. It is a nice companion to the recording. Also, fingers crossed it'll re-emerge next season. It's truly a remarkable piece. (I did not like Tesori's work before this at all-and I'm thinking it had more to do with her lyricists than anything.)

I can't imagine someone not liking VIOLET. At least as a score, even if you didn't like or take to the musical on stage (i've never seen it on stage), but the score is so so likable to me.
