Debra Messing was out. Her u/s was very good but I don't know her name. Help? The show worked just a beautifully & I'm sure there's a film here as well as endless foreign, regional & amateur productions. NYC's loss is the world's gain!

Apparently Messing had a family emergency that required her to miss all the weekend shows, including the final performance yesterday. But having someone of Kathryn Meisle's caliber standing by is the definition of luxury. Lucky indeed.
