My experience has been that TDF posts its new listings each day at 11am (it used to be 10am, but they moved it to a later time a while ago). The listings are revised at least once a day, sometimes twice. The listings do not change after 5pm until the next day. No changes occur from Friday evening at five until Monday morning at eleven. Is this everyone's experience?
