>> it becomes an ordinary show that isn't worth Broadway prices. i couldn't disagree more. the stars are just gravy. you have the great orchestra doing duke ellington songs, great dancing and a production team firing on all cylinders. stars will help, obviously, and since they've become such a part of the show i don't think there should be lulls between one and the next but i for one could enjoy the show as it is.
