Those are in a different category because the underlying source material was public domain.

(Sort of - Kopit & Yeston purchased the rights for Phantom, but the novel went PD before they got their show up, enabling Andrew Lloyd Webber et al to do theirs.)

You could include Godspell and Jesus Christ Superstar in your list, sort of.
