It should be interesting, for sure. What I wonder is how he is going to pull together the narrative: what sources will he use? There are so many different and conflicting stories and legends (including, of course, the books written by her daughters). I'll watch for sure. Maybe there's another musical in there somewhere...

There's already been an opera, at least: Strauss & Hofmannsthal's ELEKTRA.

Well I'm not sure he'll be doing it, it will be the screenwriter doing the real research and writing the script.

I'm very interested to see how it turns out.

I rather wish someone would film or dramatize Eric Preminger's (Otto and Gypsy's son) book about his Mom. It was a really good and colorful read.
