Gentleman's Guide may well take book or score-a lot depends on the reviews for If/Then and Bullets (and rulings on Hedwig and Violet).

I think If/Then may win-it's an original musical (and Kitt and Yorkey are darlings of the theater now-my own distaste of the show notwithstanding)
Another possibility is "After Midnight" which, while a musical revue, has done decently this season and is critically acclaimed (Fosse, Smokey Joe's and Ain't Misbehaving all won and I view them as revues)

While I adored Iglehart's performance, I don't think the production was anything special (they'll be lucky to be nominated).

Also-The Lion King did win best musical. So this would be Disney's second best musical win if Aladdin ekes out a win.

I don't think bullets will qualify for book or score

Definitely not score. It seems like the book is the movie with some tweaks. So I don't think it will qualify.

The Bullets score, of course, won't qualify. But I don't think there's any question that the book will be eligible. There's no rule that I'm aware of that says that movie adaptations aren't eligible for the Best Book award. A Christmas Story and Kinky Boots were both nominated last year. And in prior years Sister Act, Shrek, Billy Elliot, Cry-Baby, Legally Blonde, and Grey Gardens all got nominations (and Billy Elliott won).

I guess they can't do a 50% rule for book

Nothing could be nominated some seasons with all these movie to stage shows.

certainly seems to be a revue & it also won, albeit in a very weak season. Its competition was Starmites & another revue, Black And Blue.
