My mother teaches at a parochial high school and they've done Annie and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

Other possibilities:
Children of Eden
Cats
...Forum
Into The Woods
Pretty much any Rodgers and Hammerstein
Or for that matter Rodgers and Hart

How old are the kids?
