Its grosses have picked up somewhat in recent weeks, although I would like to see Mamma Mia! forced out of the Broadhurst (which is one of my favorite theaters). Hopefully it will eventually be consigned to the Cort (a theater in desperate need of renovation and expanded washrooms).

Actually my family is known for its longevity so I may be around for another 25 years. However, Phantom will still most likely be occupying the Majestic in 2039.
