I actually made a bunch of notes during intermission when I saw the first preview about the lyric changes. Here's what I caught (probably not definitive).

Act 1:

The Foreman's line, "sitting flat on your butt doesn't buy any bread" was "sitting flat on your *ass* doesn't buy any bread."

The Pimp's line, "plenty more like you dear if you can't keep up the pace" became "if you can't *pick* up the pace"

Fantine's line "Come on Captain, you can wear your shoes" was reassigned to a random whore and became "Come on Captain, *did you* wear your shoes"

After the cart Valjean's line "Come to that, can you be sure that I am not your man" became "can you be sure *that you have got your man*"

Gavroche's portion of Look Down incorporated the film lyrics and became, "How do you do my name's Gavroche, these are my people here's my patch, not much to look at nothing posh, nothing that you'd call up to scratch, *this is the land that fought for liberty, now when we fight we fight for bread, here is the thing about equality, everyone's equal when they're dead*"

There was another character in Look Down giving the speech with Marius and Enjolras.

Mme. Thenardier was given the lines "wait a bit, know that face" which had previously been Thenardier's (this switch was made in the film).

I didn't notice as many changes in Act 2, and didn't write down the ones I did catch.
