I don't recall hearing different lyrics in On My Own when I saw the show in previews. It could be I zoned out for a moment and missed it, but nothing sounded off to me.

A lot of the lyrics have changed bit by bit over the years, some for the better and some not. But I'd be surprised if this were one of those cases.
