I saw the Wednesday night preview and I still thought it was too long. Also, the sightlines are terrible from the first few rows, especially from the sides. The set is three stories high, and many scenes above the first story were difficult to see. And even though it's a thrust stage, there are many scenes that take place upstage of the thrust, and actors are sometimes blocked by pieces of scenery, at least from the side seats.
